Fitness During Trip

I spent a week in Mesa, Arizona with my homegirl Star Padilla :) I have to say it was so fun. I discovered more about me and what my limits are in regards to fitness. Star and I stuck to a strict schedule of gym time mixing weights and cardio :) I got to meet her kick butt boyfriend Chris Lester :) I have never been so relaxed as I was with them this past week. Not to mention recipe ideas and all the laughs we all shared.
